There was a need to create a local resource within the organization with functions almost 1:1 repeating facebook, vk, odnoklassniki, etc. social network. Social networks themselves are not suitable due to the presence of “extra” there - various groups and “left” people.

Are there any engines for creating such resources in the local network?

If a simpler option is suitable, then WordPress with the BuddyPress plugin (social network out of the box).
