Facebook bug. Where to send to get a quick response from someone smarter than a microwave?
Found on facebook a way to endlessly change the username (which is fb.com/username). Before that, I wrote to support about this error (but then I still didn’t quite understand how to use this error), but after a couple of weeks I received only a response from the robot. And now for more than three weeks I have not even received a response from them. In principle, it is quite logical that Facebook has the same support.
https://www.facebook.com/whitehat - here they write that they only accept vulnerability reports.
Where can I send a bug report then? Or is the endless change of username with the subsequent inability to use this username not considered a bug?
And do payments cover such system bugs? I think that the bug is quite significant, because the essence is that you can endlessly change usernames, after which theycease to be free and no one can use them. Those. it turns out a kind of cybersquatting without any benefit.
I consider it useless to write to the support, there are only robots, which, moreover, answer in a month.
Or maybe it's better to write an article for Habr? Since they no longer want to work, they may notice a bug through the media (if it turns out to be worthy of attention).
