How to access the page as admin?

Hello. Please tell me what to do in the following situation.

Given:

• There is a community page on FB
  
• Linked to account X (fake account, no identity page);
  
• Account X - linked to email B (there is access to it, but there is no sense);
  
• Account X - is the administrator of this page;
  
• Account X is linked to phone Y
  
• Time has passed. Changed phone number
  
• Unable to login to account. The established two-factor identification interferes. A 6-digit code is coming in, it's not clear where. I can't see or enter it. I can't access my old phone.
  
• To recover an account - the other one requires identity verification on a fake account. But there, in general, the left names are indicated
  

QUESTION:
1) Maybe there are some other ways to log in to account X? (I can’t enter the code generator. The phone is lost. But there is mail)
2) Can I somehow become the administrator of the community page with a different account? (W) Without the participation of account X (which cannot be logged into).

The cuckoo is already on its way. I do not want to throw out the community page because of such a story.
