Facebook billing account verification?

Hello.
There was a problem with billing account verification when accepting payments in the app/game. Please share your experience. You need to send the following documents:

1. Proof of Identity
A government-issued photo ID of the business owner.
2. Proof of Address
A utility bill that is no older than 6 months from a non PO box, physical address. Or a bank account statement from a bank account registered with Facebook for the payout.
3. Bank Statement
A bank statement or a letter that shows the name of the beneficiary bank account holder, from the bank registered with Facebook to receive payouts. This requirement only applies if you wish to receive payouts to a bank account.

Send them a passport (with registration) and a paper from the bank with bank and account details.
