This is not a question for Facebook.
Registration through Facebook is arranged as follows: the user presses a button, he is thrown to the Facebook website, where he is warned that such and such data will be transferred to such and such a site. Including e-mail (although the user can manually disable it). After the consent, Facebook transfers this data to the site, including e-mail, and at this moment it must be saved to its database in order to send letters further with its own tools.
