Every time I open an ad, Facebook activates the "Publish" button as if I made changes, but I did not make changes.

This only happens in a campaign with the "Messages" Target - "Instagram Direct".

Moreover, when I open an ad, in the Company identification block (where the list of Instagram accounts opens), the necessary Instagram account on behalf of which the advertisement will be loaded takes a long time.
And it often happens that the wrong Instagram account is loaded.

Perhaps this is related.
