It is necessary to recognize the face in the photo, and according to the characteristics of the face, give the result (roughly speaking, if the photo is of the same person, then the result is the same).
How I imagine it:
Working with the characteristics of the face: the distance between the eyes, etc.
I saw there is a WEB API from third-party services, but I would like to put it on my own. Ideally, if it will be a package for Laravel.
What I found is just detection and face crop. Features are missing.
Who knows what frameworks/uses?

I love php, but I understand very well that it is not suitable for a certain range of tasks, there are more other languages suitable for this, look for something in python or java, just pass parameters from php to a script in another language.
