EZ OS how to enable?

I bought a GIGABYTE B450 GAMING X motherboard and wanted to set the clock speed on a 4.1 processor (Ryzen 7 2700). I also wanted to slightly increase the memory frequencies, since the processor itself supports 2933, when I set the die to 3000. The most important thing is that when you try to set the frequency on the processor above 3.5, the computer does not want to work, and if you set the memory to 3000 exactly, it also does not work .
I thought that the problem was with energy saving, and came to the conclusion that I need to switch to EZ OC not on energy saving, but on max performance. As a result, EZ Oc writes - not supported (not supported here). I read that you need a program that can set everything. I downloaded it, set it to max performance, but nothing changed when I rebooted.
What to do?

1. You don't need overclocking. The R7 2700 itself boosts up to 4.1Ghz in auto mode.
2. If you still decide to drive, you also need to increase the voltage, therefore the temperature will immediately rise.
I have the same processor took a maximum of 3.6Ghz.
3. About RAM - see QVL of your motherboard. This is the best way to achieve high frequencies and stable performance.
