Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities when registering in the Apple Store - how to provide?

Good afternoon! Please tell me in what form you need to provide an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (how to translate - notarized or not, scanned in one file or not) for registration in the apple store? Share your experience of going through this particular step when registering as a developer for ios.

If there is a registration in the iOS Developer Program as a company, then two cases are possible:
1. Instead of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Apple can request a DUNS number for the company. Then you need to get a DUNS number at www.dnb.ru/rbr.asp?rbr=25 and wait about two weeks until the DUNS number is updated in the database.
2. If Apple requested the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, then:
- you need to get an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, scan and save in PDF
- you can make the translation of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities yourself (a notary is not needed) and then save in PDF
