Extract AAC+ stream from mp4 container
I have an AAC+ stream obtained like this:
neroAacEnc -q 1 -cbr 65536 -if /dev/stdin -of /dev/stdout
The problem is that the stream is in an mp4 container and I need pure aac+.
I haven't been able to find a way to extract aac from an mp4 container in realtime =(
Has anyone done this already?

I think ffmpeg or mp4box will help you - depending on which of them can work with stdin.
