Extensions not working in Visual Studio Code for Unity, how to fix the problem?

Hello, there was such a problem that when adding extensions to VS Code for Unity, they refuse to work, context hints are not displayed to simplify working with the code. Please help with advice.

In Edit > Preferences > External tools > External Script Editor put VS Code
