Export Visio to SVG?

I'm trying to export elements from MS Visio 2013 to SVG After exporting, I open it - everything is fine: But when I try to copy it somewhere to another file, the gradients break: Does anyone know how to heal?

Are you sure the problem isn't with the program you're copying to? Well, or in your very way of "copying"; it is not entirely clear.
