Processors

Explain whether these 2 processors are very different in power?

there are 2 processors
, both of them have 4 cores
and the frequency is not much higher for amd
AMD Athlon X4 950
Intel Core i5-2500K
but this photo shows that Intel wins many times over AMD
and even slightly outperforms AMD FX-6300 (6 core)

can you how and why? or read the link to the resource in Wikipedia!)

The processor is too complicated a thing to judge its performance only by the number of cores and its frequency.
Before the Pentium 4, inclusive, everything was quite simple: the more megahertz (and then gigahertz), the faster the processor. It's been 20 years since then, by the way.
The Pentium 4EE already had a frequency of 3.8Ghz, and it became somehow clear that its further increase does not give such a strong increase in performance as before, and it "costs" much more. Therefore, manufacturers began to increase the number of cores, increase the amount of cache memory, and, most importantly, improve the microarchitecture (in general, they always improved the microarchitecture anyway).
Here's a screenshot from AIDA64:

You can see that processor frequencies do not correlate much with their performance.
Therefore, there are numerous tests and benchmarks that can be used to understand the real performance of a particular processor in a particular task.
And yes, apparently the i5-2500K is faster than the Athlon II X4 650

At Intel, the K-index implies that the percent is chasing. I think you can look for a performance margin here
