I read a lot of forums to solve the problem.
But it turned out that you just need to “ smoke the manuals ” more carefully, scroll to Configuring VM Acceleration on Windows and look at step 2:
This means that the package downloaded via SDKManager is not ready for use - it is JUST DOWNLOADED. Those. you need to go into the folder and run the intelhaxm.exe file for execution, although in my case I use Android Studio, the file was called intelhaxm-android.exe. To solve the problem for the author of the question, we read a little lower in the indicated manual what needs to be done to make it work on an AMD processor.
The familiar msi installation interface starts, just click Next everywhere.
After the installation is complete, at the command line, type sc query intelhaxm.
If you receive in response:
Type : 1 KERNEL_DRIVER
State : 4 RUNNING
(STOPPABLE, NOT_PAUSABLE, IGNORES_SHUTDOWN)
Win32_exit_code : 0 (0x0)
Service_exit_code : 0 (0x0)

The same hemorrhoids :), there are 2 options: 1) Download IHAXM in Android SDK and install or 2) when creating an emulator, uncheck use host GPU, GPU - use hardware visualization support, but don't worry about the first line, it appears for everyone, I advise you to transfer to Genymotion, it starts faster
