Did one of the Ukrainian habrusers order kindle? Share your experience, please. I have never bought in foreign stores, and the first time is somehow scary. Especially after reading the posts that mention the Russian Post (Ukrposhta is probably not much different). And this inscription is also embarrassing: “Kindle with Special Offers & Sponsored Screensavers is only available in the US”. Ie to Ukraine you can order only kindle without advertising?

I ordered Kindle 3 without advertising, there were no problems, I paid with a Visa Classic card, I arrived in about 2 weeks.

If you have no desire to buy a Kindle by a certain date, then I advise you to wait a couple of weeks and follow the price - there may be occasional discounts, etc. I suppose 1 day did not reach the 10 dollar discount on the case.
Delivery in Ukraine, as far as I understood from the speech of the one who delivered to me, is also carried out.
In order to take a Kindle with advertising, you need to make a delivery to USA or be a USA resident, here you need to read and clarify - some managed to indicate an address in Alaska and send it to Russia (although this may be a bike).
Ukrposhta is different, but there is still not a full Pe, although everything goes to him

Yes. In Ukraine, Kindle only without advertising (probably due to the fact that advertising is oriented towards US residents).
I ordered 2 kindles this year (with a difference of 2 months) to Kyiv. UPS delivery (as I understand it, such parcels bypass the mail and UPS picks them up at the airport after customs inspection). There were no problems. The books arrived 4 and 5 days later respectively. The 3rd Kindle (which is new) was ordered by relatives as a gift (they live in western Ukraine in a town of up to 100k inhabitants), and ordered from another country in the gift version. arrived in a week, though delivered by DHL and out of 7 days the book was about 3 days in Ukraine (everything flies through Kyiv).
So absolutely no problem.

I ordered Kindle a year ago, there were no problems: I chose it, paid for it, and after a while I received the package.
What I would advise you to pay attention to:
1. It is better to order the cover right away, although it is expensive, it is quite comfortable and protects this very fragile device well.
2. If you listen to point 1 when paying for the order, pay attention to how the order will be sent to you. There are 2 options: send as soon as possible, as the ordered goods appear, or collect everything in one package. The 2nd option is needed, because otherwise the cost of 2 parcels will be calculated (and this is + $20). This option seems to be selected by default, but it will not be superfluous to check.
3. Do not delay with the order until the New Year. They have a New Year's Eve hype somewhere in December, and the parcels leave with a big delay. For example, I ordered in December, and received the package at the end of January. But they honestly warn about this when ordering.
