Exim does not send letters to rambler.ru where to look?

Host: debian 7, exim 4.80-7
DKIM is configured on the server, there is a PTR record. Letters on google, zoho, yandex leave and are delivered.
Exim logs have this entry:

664536-2016-08-02 10:14:54 1bUTti-0004FV-IU TLS error on connection to inmx.rambler.ru [81.19.78.67] (recv): A TLS packet with unexpected length was received.
664688-2016-08-02 10:14:54 1bUTti-0004FV-IU TLS error on connection to inmx.rambler.ru [81.19.78.67] (send): The specified session has been invalidated for some reason.
664850:2016-08-02 10:14:54 1bUTti-0004FV-IU ** {USER}@rambler.ru R=dnslookup T=remote_smtp: SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM: SIZE=6648: host inmx. rambler.ru [81.19.78.67]: 554 5.7.1 Client host blocked

A Google search does not give anything intelligible either in Russian or in English, old forums and problems with gitlab.
Thanks for taking the time to review this question.
UPD: the rambler has such a server response that it is not immediately clear. Indeed, they blocked, their spam filter worked. Usually, other providers write that you are on the blocklist and indicate a link (I saw it at the spamhouse) or they write that your address is suspicious. Not a TLS error and your session was closed for some unknown reason.
I also found such information on the error code, something I did not immediately think to look at:

554 5.7.0 Message Size Violation
554 5.7.1 Message blocked due to spam content in the message
554 5.7.1 [P4] Message blocked due to spam content in the message.
554 5.7.1 : Relay access denied
554 5.7.9 Message not accepted for policy reasons. See postmaster.yahoo.com/errors/postmaster-28.html

Thanks to all!
