Exchange with the site in real time 1C does not work?

We set up an exchange with the site on Bitrix with 1C. Full upload went through without errors. Everything has been unloaded. We switched the exchange settings to real mode and uploading only changed data. After the launch, the exchange log began to be filled with a message

Failed to get data from the server on this real-time connection.

Simply uploading changes on a schedule with the "Upload only changed objects" checkbox does a full upload.
