Exchange 2013 & Mikrotik: redirect to internal address from local network?

Gateway Mikrotik 751, static external IP (7.7.7.7), internal 192.168.0.1. in the local Exchange network (external domain mail.domain.ru, internal mail.domain.loc) on the server (192.168.0.252). Everything works, but:
I would like to stupidly forward to the internal address of the server when accessing from the same grid to an external address. Those. from a computer on the network, I type in the browser: https://mail.domain.ru - and I get to the Exchange web face via SSL. At the moment, I can only get from the network to the web interface via the internal one: https://mail.domain.loc What is the best way to do it, through NAT forwarding over IP, or is it still possible to somehow forward a specific domain using the router?

The easiest way to register the correspondence mail.domain.ru=192.168.0.25 in the local DNS
If the DNS is "raised" (well, there is no full-fledged DNS yet) on Mikrotik RouterOS, you can register statics through the terminal:
/ip dns static
add name mail.domain.ru address=192.168.0.25

or WinBOX

PS and don't forget to clear the local DNS cache on your computer...

It is necessary to allocate the EX server to a different subnet. NAT does not work when you forward a port from a network to the same network.
Or organize a full-fledged DMZ with routing, white addresses , blackjack and sl
UPD , and try to add a rule by analogy with iptables, I don’t have rOS at hand, I can’t say the command for sure.
iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -p tcp --dst $EX_IP --dport $EX_PORT -j SNAT --to-source $GW_LAN_IP
If possible, post the exact notation in Mikrotik here.
