Doesn't see the camera. What to fix in Mikrotik?

There are cameras scattered around the city. Previously, they were visible through the office Internet through the hiwatch program. There was an ordinary home router. It was changed to Mikrotik and now the cameras are not visible through the office Internet. Connecting via mobile communication, hiwatch sees the camera. So the trouble is in Mikrotik. Tell the full KETTLE what to press, enable / disable?
Thank you.

So the trouble is in Mikrotik.

So the trouble is who put without brains.
Go ahead and smoke how it worked on the old router. If horns and legs are left from the old router - look for the one who set it up and bow at your feet with a plea to tell how it worked

Most likely you just need to forward ports on Mikrotik. The easiest thing is to open the old router and see what ports were open. Or just go to the web-face of the camera, check the ports there, and add them to Mikrotik.
