Excel file is occupied by another user, how to find out who exactly?

There is a ball in the network with an excel file. When someone works in it for another user, the dialog box "The file is busy and the user's name" appears. But sometimes it just displays that "the file is busy by another user"
How can I turn it on so that the full name of the person working with the file is constantly displayed?
All action in a domain environment. Folder access has 12 users for reading and writing.

Perhaps the full name shows those who filled out this field in the parameters.
Force all users to enter the full name in the parameters and you will know everyone who occupies the file.

On the server with your share, you run compmgmt.msc > Shared Folders > Open Files and see who is working with the file. You can also use the console utility Openfiles
