There was a need for fresh ideas regarding various elements for the site. If I found examples of a photo gallery and a slider with various effects without any problems, then there were difficulties with info blocks.
Question: is there a portal where people share something like this: addon-library.com/content-boxes-addons-for-visual -... ), well, or a site where they post something like that?

If you want to tinker with ideas, shake your brains or get some inspiration, then google for "UI kit" on Behance , or in stores like UI8 , or on websites of manufacturers of these templates, for example, greatsimple.io
UI kits use a component approach and there you can find various elements for the site in several variations, including infoblocks. example: module01.greatsimple.io/.

usually this is googled as a jquery plugin for menus/blocks/cards/gallery etc. and the search returns a selection of 100,500 blab plugins.
I don’t remember a really high-quality site with collections of such tasty buns.
