Everywhere, except for chrome on android, a picture is displayed. How to fix?
I first encountered this and thought that only my phone does not accept a picture, but I checked it on other devices and only found that not only I have such a problem in mobile chrome (the problem is in the title).
Details:
site - https://www.aroundweb.ru/
problem - the picture in the header is not displayed, which is with the menu
For reference: css files are different and are loaded depending on the type of browser

Checked with chrome on android - it is displayed. And what is your site about programming when the background image with "background-attachment: fixed" is set not in a separate block, but in the header itself? Do not notice what friezes are when viewing from a PC? I advise you to put the background image in a separate block and do whatever you want) As for your problem, I don’t see it. Can you check with Chrome Canary? I already had problems with it, especially with the fullscreen api.
