Everything floats, what to do?

I don't even know how to call it and google it.
My image is floating. This is the second time this has happened, only reboot
helps. The image on the screen zooms a little (the edges are not visible) and when I move the mouse it moves, As if swimming with the movement of the mouse. What is it called, that I accidentally clicked (presumably next to the right button) and I don’t know what to do.
The most interesting thing is that virtual machines with Windows also swim in fullscreen.

Look in the keyboard shortcuts - you will find your problem. It's kind of like a screen magnifier in Windows.
