Evernote, there is an alternative?
I raise the question of one or three years ago: have there been any adequate analogues of Evernote, except for the obvious ones (OneNote)?
The tasks are the same:
1. Client for Android (+ cross-platform);
2. Offline access to the content of notes, tagging;
3. Sufficient volume for synchronization (more than 100 MB) and its high speed (a bad example is WizNote)
4. Web clipper (ideally), Russian-language (well, or intuitive) interface;
5. Not OneNote.

I use Note Station on my Synology NAS's https://www.synology.com/en-us/dsm/5.1/cloud_services
is better than evernote.
For small things I use Google Keep, for large ones I still use OneNote. I looked towards WizNote, but something did not catch on. OneNote is not the best option either - I don't have much to do with the Microsoft ecosystem, and its sync speed is terrible.
For a long time I was tormented and looking for an alternative, and then I realized that this was just an excuse to procrastinate, poke other applications, etc. As a result, I use evernote now, I bought a premium for a year and I don’t blow it - offline access is what you want and save it, the places just suck :D
I somehow looked for a notepad so that I could also attach a bunch of pictures to the notes, I didn’t find one. I had to use dropbox, make a folder, inside it a bunch of pictures and a txt file of the note itself. Terribly inconvenient but there is no alternative :(
