Automating TSD settings on Android?

Good afternoon! There is a TSD urovo i6200s, on android. Tell me, is there any way to mass, automatically configure such tsd? Interested in setting up end applications, prescribing wi-fi, etc.
Removing backups through a titanium backup and subsequent deployment comes to mind. But maybe there are better ways?
Under Windows, we set up tsd with a script (it set up at least an rdp connection)
