Evernote 4.1 refuses to install

Hello Habralyudi.

Please help me to resolve the issue.
Today the Evernote client for Windows (used v4.0.2.3162) reported that there is an update
to version 4.1. I started downloading it and tried to install it, to which the system answered in the affirmative:

Error applying transforms. Check that the paths of the specified transformations are correct.

Got into the logs , but could not find the cause of this problem.
Guys, please, if you do not complicate, help to solve this problem.

I'm using Windows 7 x32 Enterprise.
Thanks in advance.

Let's summarize.
Googled the following guide:

Start -> Run ->
regsvr32 msi.dll
msiexec /unregister
msiexec /regserver
If the problem persists, reinstall Windows Installer 4.5 4412-95b9-54d056d6f9f4)

I tried to execute the steps in cmd - to no avail. Windows Installer did not reinstall because my friend had the same problem. ;)
Evernote v4.1 does not want to install even on an OS on which it was not there before.
Checked on Windows 7 x32 / 64 Enterprise.
These are the pies. I tend to believe that the rake is on the side of the Evernote distribution.

A very nice update has been rolled out in the new Evernote: blog.evernote.com/en/2010/12/08/update-evernote-4-1-for-windows/
It's a pity that such a problem arose.

Maybe the MSI (Windows Installer) version is too old? Right now I rolled on Win7 x64, I got up normally.

It looks more like some kind of problem in MSI itself. Occurs in different people with completely different software . There is no single solution to the problem, as I understand it. You have to try different methods. The Windows Installer Claeanup utility (msicuu.exe) helps some people, others do not. If you come up with something after googling, please let me know.
