To complete the windows installation process, restart the installation program." On advice from the network, I entered oobe / msoobe.exe, but the computer switched to the "eternal" "wait" mode. The computer is new, there are no files, please tell me what to hold down to go into the Windows installation from scratch, I tried everything alt + f10 and so on - zero reaction.
