Eternal lack of RAM, but with sufficient availability. For example, when working with several programs: errors are pouring in the browser and tabs are closing, they say there is not enough memory, while another 4 GB is free (12/16 somewhere). When you try to build something heavy, for example ue4 from github, it also sends a bunch of errors "a bunch of blah blah blah is filled". Sometimes when I bake the light in the same ue4, again, there are errors associated with a lack of RAM. It looks like something at the system level, but what exactly is the matter? Nobody faced?
