Eternal boot when installing Linux Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS. What to do?

I decided to switch from Windows to Linux Ubuntu. I boot from a USB flash drive, but when installing at the update stage, it always loads. Already tried everything. I would be very grateful for the help I
disabled Secure boot, tried to write the image to dd.

Disconnect the network by pulling out the cord and put it on again. No network - no updates during installation.
