Estimate PC assembly for 25k?

For a long time I compared different components in terms of characteristics and prices and decided to stop at the following assembly, which at local prices fits into the budget of 25,000 rubles:
Power supply: Be Quiet SYSTEM POWER 9 400W
Processor: Ryzen 5 1600 BOX
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME B450M-A
Video card: Palit GeForce GT 1030 LP
RAM: CRUCIAL CT8G4SFS824A DDR4 - 8GB 2400
Is this build balanced? Are there component mismatches in characteristics?
I already had a 128Gb SSD drive.
Interested in a fairly powerful office computer that will remain relevant for a long time and with the possibility of an upgrade. It will mainly be used as an office computer, but sometimes for calculations on the Mathematica program and for games, but not very demanding games.

If the number of cores is not important for you, but the budget is tight, better take the Ryzen 3400G instead of the Ryzen 5 1600 + GeForce 1030, it will be cheaper and 4 cores of the 3rd ryzen will most likely be more productive than 6 cores of the 1st. For the difference, you can also buy an 8 GB stick of RAM.
In principle, I would change the RAM to Crucial CT8G4DFS8266, the price is 200 rubles higher, but the stock frequencies are higher, and this is important for Ryzen, it will also be possible to overclock more.
