Eset and Kerio clash?

Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2 x86
Kerio Control 7.4.2
ESET Smart Security 5.0
The machine acts as a proxy server.
I needed to reinstall ESET. Apparently after that some setting in ESET flew off.
When network activity occurs, the server processor is loaded at 100%, the main culprits are winroute, ekrn and SYSTEM.
There is no Internet connection or it is very slow. Everything works fine on the local network (NAS, web-server, etc.), the DC is on another server.
I tried to disable "Internet access protection" in ESET, I tried to add the Kerio folder to ESET's exclusions. Does not help.
Who will advise what?

@edinorog

Tip number 1. Buy microcurrent for 3000 and don't like the brain.
Tip number 2. Yes, they conflict.
