Errors during backup in ISPManager. In which direction to dig?

There is a dedicated server with debian 7 and ISPmanager Lite 5.43.0 installed. I

set up backup via the standard ISPmanager wizard.
The problem is that all domains are copied except for one, which is specified as the main one in the list of domains. Below is the error log.

Files :
Type: 'file' Object: 'open_folder' Value: '/var/www/<domain>/data/www/<domain>.ru'

WWW domains <domain>.ru:
Type: 'file' Object: 'open_folder' Value: '/var/www/<domain>/data/www/<domain>.ru'

Access rights to the folder and the owner of all other domains are the same and they are normally backed up.
Judging by the error itself, the system simply cannot open the folder.

In which direction to dig and what could be the problem at all? Maybe apache is somehow blocking or is it just a glitch in ISPmanager? There is little experience in administration, I will be grateful for any advice or tips on what else to check and see.
