Errors appeared after changing the number of disks on the shelf, how to fix?

After changing the number of disks on the DE2000 shelf, i.e. removed 4 disks from one and inserted into another shelf. After that, the shelf with 3 disks rose and was successfully configured. but there were difficulties with a shelf for 11 disks - the launch was successful, a pool was configured on the web interface, and then errors began to appear. after restarting the web interface displays the following message Reboot Loop Limit Exceeded
