Error while working with MODX Revo. How to fix?

Hello.
From time to time the site breaks with an error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<', expecting end of file in
E:\OpenServer\domains\f\core\cache\includes\elements\modplugin\5.include.cache.php on line 62

If you go into this cache file, then on this line there will be a PHP construct
<?php
. When you delete this construct or file, everything continues to work for a while. Then again the same.
The error started after installing Ajax form and Formit from the repository.

Who knows how to fix it? :)

MODX 2.8.1
PHP 7.3

It's easy to fix - do not use local servers) Either constantly clear the cache folder or use OS tools to set up automatic overwriting of information (for example, every day or hour) in core - cache
