Error when trying to install sudo on vps linux debian (jino.ru)?

For several days I have been trying to set up a VPS linux debian in order to install a Django project on it, but I am facing a problem installing SUDO and I have no idea how to install my project on it.
Are there any instructions for setting up a linux debian VPS and installing a Django project on it?

apt updatedid you forget to run it first?
If so, are there any repositories in /etc/apt/sourses.list?
