Error publishing site to remote server. What does it mean and how to solve the problem?

MAMP PRO has a Remote tab that allows you to publish a local site on a remote hosting. I registered all the data for authentication, the verification is successful. But when you click "Publish" after a while, an error pops up with the code -3019:

The information you provided could not be inserted in a temporary file. Please restart your machine and try again.

Rebooted the computer, nothing changed. I don’t have more detailed information about the error, so it’s not clear how to diagnose the problem.
