Error: "Process one-time in-app purchases or payments will be automatically refunded"?

What to do? I made subscriptions in my application. A few days later, for some reason, only $100 remained from $1600. What's the catch? It says this error:

Process one-time in-app purchases or payments will be automatically refunded
We have detected that your app is not processing all subscriptions or one-time purchases. With the introduction of the Payments Library 2.0, all purchases must be confirmed within three days. Otherwise, funds are automatically returned.

How to fix it?

Writes that 112 subscriptions are canceled
