The problem arose like a bolt from the blue. A property of the "File" type has been created in the infoblock. Types of uploaded files - any.

When you try to download, for example, a PDF document, an error (subject) occurs. Screenshot attached. The problem manifests itself both in the admin panel and in the public part.

And in the morning everything was normal, the files were loaded correctly. And by the evening a mistake. On all hosting sites. No one came to the hosting, did nothing. Bitrix version is the latest at the moment.

Most likely they changed the PHP configuration on the server side. Contact your host for clarification. It looks like they checked the downloaded files with an antivirus and something doesn’t like your document
