How to delegate a domain to Bitrix 24 sites?

Hello. Such a question, we want to link the domain to Bitrix24 sites. The domain was on reg.ru - we registered ns - Yandex servers. For some time in the DNS - Yandex records were A record for reg.ru
We registered according to the Bitrix instructions - IP for Bitrix 24 and CNAME for Bitrix 24.
The site fell off and writes that the domain is located on reg.ru - and our content with Bitrix 24 is not appears.
All services for checking IP addresses are given. that there is only one record A, the one that is needed for Bitrix.
Does anyone know what to do? Could it still be affected by the fact that there are AAA records in resource records that we have not changed?

AAA records should not be. There should be one entry and this is Bitrix's A entry.
