Error loading plugin in October Cms. How to solve Empty response from the server error?

Hello.
I am getting acquainted with October CMS, I want to see the functionality, etc. I installed October CMS locally (via open server), everything seems to be fine, the installation went without errors, everything shows, etc. But when I want to load the plugin, I get an error - "Empty response from the server." What can be wrong? I have already read everything, but I can not solve the problem.
