How to make different news output for different categories?

There is a site where I would like to set up in the "Season 1" heading the output of news in 2 columns in a wide format (like now, only in 2 columns), and in the "Actors" heading, the output in 3 columns with photos as portraits, then there is a height greater than the length. Also in the sidebar, in the "Popular" section, configure the output of news only from the "Season 1" category. Please tell me how this can be done.
