Error loading css file when working with browsersync. How to fix?

When processing the less file through gulp and loading the local server with browsersync, the page is displayed, but when the styles are loaded in the console, an error is displayed:
Refused to apply style from ' localhost:3000/css/styles.css ' because its MIME type ('text/html ') is not a supported stylesheet MIME type, and strict MIME checking is enabled.
The paths are correct, the type of the included style in the html document is specified as 'text/css'.
