Error installing window 10 or Linux Mint. Maybe the ssd is broken?

Friends such a situation happened, they decided to transfer the system from one office to another, and when they connected it, an error appeared

attempt to read outside of disk hd0
(Linux Mint 19.x was installed)
I read a couple of articles and there seems to be an error related to where /boot was written. Well, the solution is to choose manual partitioning and write the boot partition to the beginning of the disk. I start making markup, click continue and a new error pops up
input/output error during write on /dev/sda
- installation stops.
Also, if you choose to erase the disk and install the OS - the same error.
After that, I decided to try to install win 10, wrote everything down with Rufus - GPT partition scheme
Having reached the selection of a partition for installation, it does not allow formatting and deleting partitions. It gives an error on the system partition
We were unable to delete the selected partition. [Error: 0x8007045d).

and
We were unable to format the selected partition. [Error:0x80070057]

And on all the rest the buttons are inactive.
Through aomei partition assistant - writes that the partitions seem to be occupied in some kind of program or something similar and does not allow them to be deleted. (booted from liveusb)
Give me some leading questions, the motherboard seems to be from gigabite. I won't tell you the BIOS version exactly (until tomorrow).

With live sd linux - kill all partitions, make a clean, not broken disk. In mbr.
As an option with sd paragon partition.
Check the sata cable to the disk, change the sata port on the motherboard

How old is the disk and how did it live?
If it is old enough or constantly heated or bumped, then the magnetic component could die. The disk may remain visible during system installation or in the BIOS, since the controller is still alive, and the storage itself has fallen.
This is still possible with a power surge. For example: turned off the power supply while it did not end the OS session
Try to start on a live image of your distribution and try to format the partitions, if the error persists, then change the disk.
