Error installing Code Composer Studio?

I could not resist and ordered a TI MSP430 Launchpad. And I immediately got kicked in the tooth: when I try to install Code Composer Studio 5.2.1.00018 (latest version) - regardless - offline or online version - I get this: I

saw this thread in TI support , but there the error is different, and the method is not helped.
I tried to create the folder that appears in the error (C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallJammer Registry) before installation - it did not help.
Yes, Windows 7 Ultimate x64 7601 changed the paths of system folders (Program Files, Temp, etc.).
On a netbook with a fresh seven, the studio got up without problems. I don't feel like messing around with a virtual machine.
Has anyone experienced something similar?

Maybe you have something in the PATH variable? if you specify default paths there?
