Error in Windows console: "[-] mapping_data_source::init error: file not found" - how to fix?

For some time now, the following line has constantly appeared in the Windows 7 system console (cmd):

[-] mapping_data_source::init error: file not found

This line appears both during the initial startup and then when any command is executed. In addition to the inconvenience associated with using the console, it also causes errors in many applications that use the command line, for example, Node.js - the line goes directly into the output of the result of any running script.

I searched the entire Internet, but I did not find a solution to this problem anywhere, I don’t even know which way to look, I can’t understand what it is connected with.
I ask those who faced a similar problem and solved it to respond. How to fix this bug?

@Balya

So, in my case, the problem was caused by improper uninstallation of Agnitum Outpost firewall Pro. After reinstalling and uninstalling it, the problem disappeared.

It is obvious that some of the interpreter files got messed up.
Either reinstall or
sfc /scannow
(not sure if the latter will help)
