Error in the bitrix:catalog.section component when generating the detailed address of the element. How to fix?

For some unknown reason, an error occurred in the bitrix:catalog.section component when creating the address of the element leading to the detailed page. The infoblock is configured with /catalog/#SECTION_ID#/#ELEMENT_ID#/
Everything works on the /catalog/ page where the complex catalog component is located. And on the main page where bitrix:catalog.section with the filtering by properties set in the settings, the address for some reason is generated like this /catalog/#ELEMENT_ID#/ as a result, an error occurs when going to the detailed page. How to fix? What could be the reason?

Set the CNC of the infoblock and the catalog complex component in the same way.
You can also specify the desired CNC in the catalog.section itself on the main page.
