Error in numeric sorting (radix sort) - how to fix it?

sorting by 16th entry is implemented. The problem is that after sorting, some elements are replaced by others (example in the photo). Outputs in 10, but this is normal. Most likely, the dop_mas array is incorrectly filled in the sort itself. How to fix it ?
