Error: EACCES: permission denied, scandir '/mnt/c/Documents and Settings' - How to solve?

I'm trying to deploy to my hosting via gulp-rsync.
When running the deployment task, this error appears:

Error: EACCES: permission denied, scandir '/mnt/c/Documents and Settings'

I don't even know what to do.
PS: it just connects via ssh, it works for me.
