Nginx worker process N exited on signal 25?

Good afternoon!
At one point, the sites on the server stopped partially giving content, the site opens normally in the browser, then the message joxi.ru/KAxXDlNH7Je9A8 .
In the log messages like:

2017/04/23 20:12:38 [alert] 2720#0: worker process 11941 exited on signal 25 (core dumped)

I already googled on code 25, all I found was a hint of the size of the logs, but I didn’t find anything critical.
What are the options?

There was a jamb, access_log rested on the 50mb limit.
