Error on different versions, was on the version of the 18th year, updated to the latest 19th off. site, but the update did not help, the project is on drive D, I saw an answer to a similar question where they said to delete the Resourses folder, but it doesn’t even exist, what should I do?

empty/other project opens/builds?
